I’m Jared, the owner of Vertex Property Maintenance. I’ve been cleaning windows and providing other property maintenance services on commercial & residential properties for over 7 years. I’m also a SPRAT certified rope access technician. I’ve worked on large commercial properties up to 40+ floors all the way down to residential properties.
I started Vertex in 2023 with the goal of becoming independent and having the freedom to give my own clients the best service possible. Working with me guarantees a professional and reliable service with no exceptions when it comes to quality and safety, along with a stress free experience from first communication to estimate and finally completion of the project.
